If you continuously find yourself taken for granted and becoming resentful of your romantic partners, you likely have a problem setting boundaries as the result of a fear of abandonment. It is possible that your parents were inconsistent with the attention they gave you or maybe you had a very hard time making friends as a child.

If your school teachers told you that you aren’t as smart as other kids then you might grow up truly and deeply believing that. As an adult, you might feel discouraged from going to university or pursuing other things you are passionate about because of this.

Disappointments in your appearance are often stemmed from the media showing images of unrealistic body types as if we “should” have them. But if your body is different from those images, you might develop a deep belief that you aren’t good enough as a person and aren’t worthy of love

These are just a few of the many ways we can be brainwashed into unhealthy thinking patterns at a very young age. We are all complex individuals as a result of our unique and subjective experiences so there are many possible causes to explore.

The important thing is to take care of what you are dealing with right now.

These negative thinking patterns can grow with you, burrowing even deeper into your mind. Many people never realize they have suffered this type of brainwashing. This is a big problem because the thoughts and behaviours which manifest as a result prevent us from being truly authentic and thus attracting the life we want.

I know one of the biggest questions is “how much is this going to cost me?” For most people, price is the determining factor for any service. I have several life coaching packages, each with a structured design. Although I generally stick to an outline, I like to tailor my packages to each client’s personal needs. This allows you to get the help you truly need and leave out anything that isn’t necessary. Because of this, my pricing does vary. Below, you can see my 3 main packages. These come with a price range instead of a standard rate. These are rough estimates that may change depending on the level of support you’re looking for.

The Not-So Unlucky 13 ($2400-$3000 plus tax)

This package includes 13 coaching sessions over a period of 6 months.

In this package, we will start with longer sessions at the beginning. These initial sessions will be intensive and mainly about getting to the root of the problem. As we progress, the sessions will become shorter. Typically, an hour for each session. The final session will be longer as we reflect on your journey, evaluating what you’ve learned. At this time, it’ll be crucial to talk about a plan for support moving forward and preventing the possibility of a relapse in your emotional instability.

We Don’t Have 9 Lives ($1800-$2400 plus tax)

This package includes 9 sessions over a period of 4 months.

In this package, we focus on the change that is already starting in your life. Maybe you’ve already started your personal journey and found yourself lost. Maybe you just need additional support to make a positive effort to follow through on these changes. Maybe you just know you’re ready to make the change. This package is more about supporting you through your own journey and helping you with resources to stay on the right path.  I am here to help you live a more fulfilling life.

7 Days of Change ($1400-$1800 plus tax)

This package includes 7 sessions over a period of 2-3 months.

In this package, we look at inspiration. We take moments from the past that brought you joy. We find meaning in those moments. Then, we find a way to fill your future with more of those moments. I am there as a guide to provide you with support and clarity as needed. Everyone gets stuck at some point or another and has a hard time seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I want to help you see that light.

Through all of these packages, you will learn about nurturing yourself. You will understand the importance of self-care and self-acceptance. You will open your heart to optimism, positivity, hope, and faith. You will learn how to find your own direction, even if I am here to guide you. This is important to live a happy and healthy life.

This is why I offer a non-judgmental space to help you begin your journey. I am just the beginning.
